Emmanuel Odame has worked with different teams to set up different chapters of Honour Ghana. He was the former Director of Policy, Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation of the Ministry of Health, Ghana (2016-2022). He has several publications in the area of health policy, health economics among others.

Emmanuel holds a degree in Medicine and a masters in health policy all from the University of Ghana. He also has a specialist qualification in health policy from the Ghana College of Physicians and Surgeons. He has additional qualification in negotiation and leadership from the Harvard Law School. He has also had a lot of trainings in discipleship, and missions.
